However, we know that sometimes, things might not fit, or you just might not like something once you get it in your hands. So, we want to provide the best customer service possible and allow you a no hassle returns policy. If you return the item(s) in an un-worn, un-washed, and sellable condition with their respective labels attached and packaging we will gladly offer you a refund, exchange or a merchandise credit of your choice within 30 days from dispatch.
We want to make the returns process as easy as possibly for you. We know a lot of times your purchases will be gifts and that might mean you made your purchase months in advance. If your return falls outside our full refund window, please don’t despair, we will work with you. We can’t guarantee that any specific item will be available for exchange of another size or colour, but we will gladly discuss all returns options with you.
If for some reason, your order arrived with a damaged, or missing item then we apologize and want to fix this for you as quickly as possible. If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, again we apologize and will work as fast as possible to rectify the order. We will offer you a replacement and a refund of your reasonable return postage costs. Please return the item(s) to us following our returns policy with a note of explanation of what is wrong with the order. Also annotate if you would like a refund, replacement, exchange or Little Eddie Baby credit.
